Winery - “When you’re dealing with complex
blends, like THE POET and M. COZ, they have to be stylistically
right on the money. The M. COZ only involves 6 to 8 components,
but THE POET can be anywhere from 13 to 20 components. The more
the elements, the more complicated.”
Acacia
Winery - Acacia was founded as a limited partnership in
1979. Mike Richmond was a general partner and Larry Brooks was
the first employee. From its inception, Acacia was a regional
or appellation specific winery.
Andretti Winery - Born in Northern Italy, Mario Andretti
brings to the winery the timeless art of gracious living that
is rooted in the soil of verdant land. Quintessentially Californian
but with roots in Italy, Bob Pepi carries with him experience,
creativity and knowledge that has made him one of the country's
most respected winemakers.
Carneros Creek Winery - In 1973, Francis Mahoney, the
founder and owner of Carneros Creek Winery chose the Carneros
district for his vineyards and winery because he believed that
the conditions there were ideal for Pinot Noir.
